3 year(s) ago v5.9.5 RELEASE: We'll be updating all trial sites today, April 22 at 16:00 UTC. Sites will experience minimal downtime while updating (2-10 minutes).

3 year(s) ago US West data center is back to normal. We had to restart several servers which caused up to 10 minutes of downtime for some sites. Our team will investigate the cause of the issue starting tomorrow. We will provide a detailed report to all Partners soon.

3 year(s) ago We have discovered issues on US West data center, as a result, some of the sites may load with delay. We are working on fixing the problem.

3 year(s) ago We had intermittent issues with the AU-2 server which resulted in some sites being unavailable for part of site visitors. First, the issue occurred at 10:17 am AEST and lasted for 2 minutes, then it reoccurred at 11:30 am AEST and lasted for 2.5 hours. This has been resolved. Apologies for the late notification.
